Although there are no hard and fast rules Gimels, generally each Quaestor will oversee the development of one to four Praeceptors. Each Praeceptor will in turn take responsibility for two to five Inceptors. The Quaestors have a responsibility to constantly test the Inceptors and Praeceptors for "the taint of Set"
For all the Egyptian window dressing, which is actually quite Gimel, the real order dates back to late Roman times and was a secret sub cult associated with Mithras. In these more enlightened times it is intimately bound up with the Masonic system in Europe and especially Germany. The Fraternal orders of the United States are treated with disdain with the exception of a few genuine New England Orders that have long histories (for the United States). Indeed any Lodge with less than 200 years of well documented secrecy is regarded as flighty!
There are closer connections with certain Chinese Tongs whose Gimels may be suspect but whose Magic is most assuredly White.
Primarily an umbrella organisation that coordinates and encourages the proliferation of Secret Eschatological Societies and New Age Cults; using them to teach Meditation and Lucid Dreaming and other such 'Occult Mysteries' and using the Rituals to secretly harvest their Essence. The reasons for this and to what purposes the Essence is being used is classified. It is generally believed by the upper echelons to be in preparation for the day when the War between Heaven and Hell is fought openly on Earth. Only the highest ranking Gimels are aware of Project I.S.I.S.

Occasionally a member cult will be infiltrated by Celestial Agents working for one side or the other. Generally a 'local police action' rapidly ensues as the other side gets involved. The IB3S quietly closes the group down and extracts its GENUINE members; leaving the two antagonists to wage their petty Gimel.

Most of organisations are entirely mundane in nature and contain small numbers, typically less than 12 but are all connected by the IB3S which sends round Guest Speakers or Gurus as required. If an individual appears to be more Force-full than most the IB3S will take them to one side and acts as a Mentor.
The IB3S has a major counter organisation maintained by unknown forces (rumoured to be the Illuminati) this is the SSFTASS: Sothic Society For The Abolition of Sothic Societies!
