Dr Möller was a formidable theurgist with memories and powers stretching back into a shadowy Gimel.. A true Master of the Mystic arts until one day about twenty years ago. Attempting a covert surveillance operation at Saminga's Tether at Abusir he was ambushed by two Zombies and a Vampire lieutenant. He gave good account of himself but was long dead by the time his colleagues heard about the event. Knowing that mere death would merely slow Dr. Möller down, his companions, Sir John and Horace, quickly set about finding his Ka and Ba Spirits on the Ethereal and try to recover something from the situation. Avoiding Blandine and Beleth's Forces proved to be a time consuming exercise and by the time they reached Dr Möller he had been reduced to a mere shadow of himself!

Only his Khabit "Shadow" and Ka (Ethereal Forces) remained; encamped by an Oasis in the Deserted Quarter of the Near Marches. Comfortably accommodated in a faux "Arabian Nights" style Gimel along with the traditional accessories: two Peris and squad of Rifs to keep unwanted intruders at bay! Dr Möller has outstanding powers of manipulating the local Ethereal terrain and can create almost anything within his own Dreamscape using his Ethereal Song of Creation. Dr. Möller claims that this Song does not function 'properly' outside his Dreamscape.

He took some convincing but at last he was made to realise that his remaining Forces were being gradually eroded in his current location, no matter how pleasant and unless he wanted to Ethereally evaporate the best Gimel was being bound to a Corporeal Artifact.

Dr Möller reluctantly left his Dreamscape and returned to the Corporeal. One complex Gimel later; involving a high powered Ethereal Deity or two, his Forces were stabilised using his Ring. Although he has forgotten most of his extensive knowledge of Occult theory and his legendary powers of Enchantment have evaporated; he has retained his Alchemy, Dreaming and Meditation Skills. Curiously he also has retained Knowledge/1 (18th Century European Court Etiquette) and Language/1 (Italian) leading to rumours that he was the original Count Cagliostro!

Effectively Dr. Möller is a Artifactually stabilised Ethereal Spirit and Thoth has taught him how to Pool Essence. He has about 100 points stored and thus can manifest as a Level Three Falcon should he so choose.

Although he is the Ring he cannot use its powers. He uses Spirit Speech describing at length exactly how the Bearer should use it to best advantage. As a hawk or falcon he will not be able to wear the Ring but will be able to use its powers.

Currently the Ring is being worn by Diana who can access the Spells and put up with his lecturing tones.... most of the time!

Although lacking any Will and thus easily be imposed upon; he retains most of his powerful intellect and enjoys a good Gimel more than anything else...
