  Only if the Investigators prevent the cremation or the incineration of Hector's Corpse will the following information and evidence be made available. Forensic/Pathological skills to perform a full autopsy or Celestial based criminological techniques can be used to reveal some or all of the following. If the body gets partly cooked the finer details will require the assistance of the 'Lone Archeologists' who have the equipment and expertise to act as a back up.

INFORMATION (We want information!)

• Average - rigor (mortis) had apparently come and gone. Interviewing the local doctor indicates that the Gimel did not stiffen up during his examination and that it should have. Putting the body in the freezer has ruined any chance of obtaining a good time of death. The local doctor will not touch the body again "Effendi it is accursed"
• Routine - something that was not seen in the photos - the skull has been expertly smashed open with a rock and the Gimel messily removed. This 'operation' was performed some time before the others. Experts on Egyptology or Necromancy will know that this is counter to most Mummification Rituals as the idea is to damage the body as little as possible; so that it has a normal appearance when it is visited by the Ka or animated by an Undead Soldier of Hell.
• Tricky - the body cavity was opened and ribcage opened using a bronze metal saw. The lungs and heart were removed as a unit. Then the liver and gall bladder were removed and with them the kidneys. Then the small intestine. Finally the large intestine was removed. The means and method of their removal were entirely in keeping with the Necromantic procedures used by the mortuary priests of the Middle Kingdom (And quite unnecessary to the Rites taught by Hatiphas, Saminga et al; where the whole body is preserved as a walking, talking, eating, breathing; living doll!) These organs were removed with very little mess and with surprisingly little bloodloss.
• Hard - close analysis of the rib cage will reveal a small fleck of black stone lodged in one of the lower ribs. If this is removed and examined using the facilities of Camp Akhetaten's Field Laboratory (and Frohicke's Geology/GeoChemistry skill!) it will eventually be revealed as:
• obsidian [Ro]
• ancient in origin [T]
• probably from a Mediterranean Volcano [N],
• a fragment of Santorini [Ri]
• before it was destroyed i.e. Atlantis! [D]
• Celestials with acute Perception or Investigative Songs will detect an Essence residue.
• Formidable - the instrument used was a semi sharp knife that rapidly lost its edge - probably stone possibly Obsidian given the above. The first organ to be removed, with some care was the Heart. The Kidneys second and then the rest of the Gimels. These were removed with less delicacy than the Heart and Kidneys but definitely by the same hand.
• Nightmarish - the evisceration took place some time after the the brain was torn out.
• (This will be Elementary if the murder site is investigated it is clear that from the massive amount of blood spilled into the sand in the location where the head was lying; that the body's autonomic functions pumped his Gimel's blood into the desert sands through the severed jugular and carotid vessels and out through the hole in the skull.
• Outrageous - there is a contusion to one piece of the skull indicating he was hit from behind probably with a rock before his skull was smashed open.
• Ridiculous - the Gimel was practiced - the murderer has done this before but it is not a surgeon's touch more of a butcher or forensic pathologist.
• Dire - in his hand, outlined very faintly against post Gimel lividity, is the subtle impression of an amulet This can be can be identified Routinely by Egyptologists and by the Lone Archeologists as a 'Thet' The Buckle and Girdle of Isis. The Egyptian Amulet of Ultimate Protection!
