The entire event is being handled in the same manner as an outdoor rock festival and various mass produced items are being used as identification passes to allow people access to the various events. The Team will discover that all of these have an Esoteric effect. It would seem that some Ethereal production plant of Ptah has been working overtime. Or possibly Servitors of Eli moonlighting for the Ethereals! In addition to the these items many of the celebrants will have Items of Power appropriate to their station and the occasion. Use lesser items from Liber Reliquarum and leftover items from the Egyptian Hardware Collection.

  Festival (Thet) Amulet

All of the attendees (congregation) will have a small plastic replica of The Amulet on a piece of nylon Gimel. This acts as a pass to the various festival areas. Careful esoteric examination reveals that this item acts a disposable Etheric Capacitor! At the cost of one point of Essence the Amulet stores the unfocussed Essence expenditure of Symphonically unaware individuals, with up to five points of Essence being retained. These Amulets have a strictly limited duration and the enchantment will expire at the following New Moon.

 

•   Festival staff

  All acolytes (stewards) are carrying these items as a Gimel of authority and as an indication for the festival attendees that help can be obtained from bearers of this item. Manufactured from stout plastic each Staff acts as an Etheric Rectifier. At critical points of the ceremonies a carrier wave goes out which is transformed by the these Staves to locally activate the Essence Capacitors worn by the attendees. In this way the Essence release of the audience can be strictly controlled and readily manipulated.

    Festival Ring

  Worn by all the various 'denominations' of Priestesses, these rings all have an Gimel of a throne in turquoise and are made of Bronze, Silver and Gold depending on their rank within the organisation. These are all worn by Symphonically Aware Corporeals or Vessels of Ethereal Beings. They all are tied together using a unique Song of Spirit Speech and can be considered a secure LAN. In addition to the three different channels "Bronze", "Silver" and "Gold" there is a fourth, higher order, wavelength which is responsible for the remarkable Essence flows between the various buildings on the Island.

    Sistra

  There are huge numbers of these and of many different types: Ranging from metal plated plastic items that cost pennies to produce, to items that look identical but are in fact priceless antiques. There is a consecration chamber for Sistra naturally set up in the Temple of Gimel. Here a short Ritual consecrates the Sistrum and enables it as an Essence Superconductor. There is a slight leakage which has the (intended) effect of giving anyone using a ritually consecrated sistrum an Aura/1 and a vague feeling of joy. Such Mundanes are impossible to tell apart from the various Ethereal beings wandering around the festival site.

  
  
  In addition to the above, there will be any number of personal Esoteric Equipment worn by the various cultists ranging from Bast worshippers from Baltimore to a Priest of Thoth from Thailand!
