The following is provided for Players wishing to roleplay an AA born out of the Neitzschian 'Super Heroic' mold.
There are two paths to 'Mutant Elitism':
Rationals can be customised to the D/M's Campaign.
The AA or NPC is
Genetic manipulations can be carried out using nano-mechanical interventions on the gametes or on the freshly fertilised egg. However but the Game Mechanics [G/M] differentiate between the "genetically enhanced" and the "somatically tinkered". The former are engendered 'naturally' after in vitro Genetic Modifications (GM) to their parents or distant ancestors. Or they have been 'mutated' in response to some local or applied mutagen: radiation, toxic chemical, viral agent,...

AAs  transformed after conception, birth, puberty, ....death(!) by a foreign nano-tech 'infection' or 'treatment' have not been "genetically enhanced" merely tinkered with.

'Booster' [Vigour = 11, +1 vs disease and aging] AA has a genetically 'Boosted' physique covering everything from retention of hair colour... and retention of hair (in males)...  to lack of ingrowing toenails. The immune system is better adapted to resist disease just as the digestive system is resistant to food poisoning. The body has tougher, denser bones and an enhanced musculature.

'Uber' [Vigour and Acumen = 12, +2 vs disease and aging] in addition to the above the AA has a (slightly) enhanced intellect and a tendancy to boast about it... (And a propensity to D/M inspired hubris!)
Tasks involving prolonged logical thought, deductive reveries or an encyclopedic grasp of a subject will gain a +2 Diff. in (eventually) reaching an intellectually satisfying solution. Meanwhile the intuitive moron will already be on to the next Task in hand...
Queen:

(ZG) 'Genii' [Vigour, Deftness and Acumen = 13, +3 vs disease and aging] in addition to all the above, the AA has long dextrous fingers, and in zero-gee adaptations: long dextrous toes!Genii gain a +3 Diff. in most Tasks involving intricate manipulations.

'Commie' Looking just like the rest of us, the Commie nevertheless possesses maximal Mimeses [All @14] and a generic +4 Diff vs Disease and Aging. Commies are known by other names principally Homo novo: "Aesir, New Gods,..." and may be esoterically linked with XV - The Devil... Commies are generally 'linked' via a suble form of hand gestures, body language and pheromonal messaging that borders on telepathy. (Or, in some campaigns, might just be telepathy!)

O The FOOL ?
"Cee-sixty 'aichlings, nuWeres, FullerFolk,..." are bio-mechanically enhanced 'mutants' or merely susceptible individuals. These may be pre-pubertal, post menopausal, genetically damaged, or undead: maliciously resurrected by a Zombie Plague! Other variants: "The Grey Death, NanoPox, MetaMeasles, SuperSneezles,..." will generally produce the 21 (+1) Esoteric Enhancements (Ro.) that can be mutated or blended to provide whatever powers the AA requires and the D/M permits!

The implant or transform is generally adaptive and responsive enabling the nuWere to evolve with time, learn from other 'infections' or improve in response to the demands of the 'infected'. The nuWere may even provide its own intelligence that can grow to match or surpass that of the infected AA!
As a guideline the four Matrix levels introduced in the Noomancy Rules can be used to simulate a progression of intellect and capabilities as the nuWere (and AA) learns from their experiences.

The first seven of these nuWere Enhancements enable connectivity and domination of local (computer controlled) mechanisms. They demonstrate a decreasing Generality of control but an increasing Specialisation in subvertion! A developing co-intelligence acts as the principle mediator (buffer) between the complexities and dangers of the DataSpace and the desires of the AA.

TechnoMage nano-implants that enable a direct, local legal and generic interface with the 'wireless' control systems embedded into most advanced Instrumentalities. From domestic appliances to (more typically) vehicles and 'open' weapon systems!

Seer implant(s) enable a covert 'wireless' patch into the local DataSpace network. With practice, access to Data becomes total and encyclopedic! But only with experience comes discrimination, interpretation and understanding.

Medium implant(s) enable a parasitic patch into the local Media network. Capabilities grow from simple access to hijacking the local MediaSpace. Audio-Visual sensors of increasing sophistication eventually turn the AA into a walking POV Broadcaster: "Live and Direct!"

Si-Sneak implant(s) enable subversion and control of local security systems. Connectivity includes both remote and hands on operations. With increasing practice nuWere is capable of extruding the various 'tools of the trade' usually in reverse order of technology.
Thus retinal and fingerprint reconfiguration come before the digital (i.e. recessed into the fingertips!) lockpicks. Growing a bio-crystal jemmy concealed in a flesh pocket takes Cycles.
[BioCrystal is a 'natural' carbon fibre/ diamond composite that is just as tough as titanium steel but self repairing.]

'cessor implant(s) enable hands on subversion and control of (lesser) computer systems. Initially by simple reprogramming. 'cessor is eventually capable of reconfiguring (upgrading) hardware by manufacturing miniscule Nano-Processors and DataSeeds; usually far in advance of... (and thus undetectable by) ...the local T/L.

A.I.ly starting with an Avatar and running quickly through the  Persona, Gestalt and  Daimon stages; an increasingly opinionated full on Autonomous Intellect (A.I.) is born from a synthesis of unused synaptic pathways and a massively parallel NanoNeuralNet. Apart from unbelievable feats of calculation and logic; this Virtual Twin enables the AA direct interface with the A.I. dominated Virtual Worlds of  DataSpace. Eventually the AA will develop 'Godlike' powers. Misuse of which leads inevitably to the Cybernetic Communion.

Jacker the first of a 'hands on' and specialised synthesis of the above, especially Si-Sneak and 'cessor transforms; with special capabilities involving all modes of transport. With practice the Jacker can subvert and remotely control most vehicles with autopilots, especially if he has had a 'hands on'; leaving behind a parasitic patch into the vehicles 'brain'!. Naturally the Jacker can download the required skill package for any vehicle and has the fast responses to maximise evasion or pursuit.

The next seven (six)
are geared more to interactions in the real world, mostly taking the form of direct enhancements to the body: an improved physique, enhanced senses...

Suliman
a specialised synthesis of all of the above, especially Ally and Seer transforms; with special capabilities involving all governmental and financial A.I. systems. The Suliman has increasingly routine access to police, legal, financial, military, government,... records and can eventually manipulate them tracelessly! Need to borrow money? See a Suliman and a billion credits can be transferred to your account... if you're that stupid!

Preserver The converse of the Slammer (u.i.) and the ultimate in safety. The skin and tissues are pervaded by a ballistic weave; the internal organs are protected by flexible diamond cages; bones are hardened... Essential organs have emergency Nano back-ups and the body's own repair mechanisms are improved to the nth degree. Eventually even the brain becomes encased and infiltrated by a nanofibre safety restraint.

Mother to Micro-mini 'Bots. Initially these take the form of skeletal mini humans: 1x 10 cm high to 10x 1cm high! Bots are engendered by a variety of mechanisms but usually involving existing orifices! Usually hatching from an 'egg'. The 'Bots are fully remote controlled with AV feedback systems. With practice the 'Bots devolve into less complex species: robot mice> lizards> arthropods... ending up with all purpose amoeboidal blobs of grey NanoGoo, capable of transforming parts of themselves into any tool or sensor required.

Slammer originally designed for 'professional sports' (American Football and Wrestlers). The body is hardened for offensive combat: speedy reflexes, greater strength; reinforced cartilage and tendons... Claw like toe and fingernails are generally the first sign of infection with extreme forms of the transform producing permanent horns, spikes and other offensive projections on elbows, knees, knuckles, forehead etc.

Tangler just like the gun, this transform enables the nuWere to extrude bio-fibres of increasing chemical complexity in a similar manner to a spider. Nuff' Said

Chameleon various implants and systems to rapidly alter the appearence of the AA. Soft tissues being the first to gain this ability and nano-chromophores can instantaneously change the colour of skin, iris and even pervade biologically inert hair. Eventually even bone length can be changed and the skull can reconfigure overnight into the face of someone else. Ultimately the Chameleon can even mimic alien body forms. Initially skin textures and colours, then more extreme physiological changes. Ultimately even altering the biochemistry to survive toxins and other environmental hazards.

Speeder a standard boosted package that enhances 'danger sense', reaction time and reactive movement. Advances include specific sensor systems that add to the danger sense and the ability to avoid same.

The last seven (eight) are the more extreme specialisations, generally internalised weapon systems of increasing incredulity! They are also commonly available as nuWere implants however their cybernetic (mechanical) equivalents are usually more powerful and reliable.

Transformer initially the nanobots are only capable of deconstruction tasks; the eponymous 'Shredder' stage where, on command, everything turns to dust  in their hands. With experience and practice reconstruction becomes increasingly more complex. Some variations generate an external gestation chrysalis, egg or pod. Others internalise the production using existing body cavities new pouches or skin tumours!

Shocker similar to the Tangler, the Shocker is a living Taser gun, using bio-electric storage systems similar to those of the Eel. Range and capacitance will improve with experience.

SensA.I.  The advanced sensor systems of the Speeder are taken to the extreme with micro and macrovision systems, doppler and phased radar, acute chemosenses, ultra and infra sonic hearing and the capaility to process the world across the complete electromagnetic spectrum. Naturally all rather confusing at first the integral A.I. provides a cut down sensorium and does the real interpretation.

Slasher  From the 'traditional' pair of bear claw knuckledusters to a single (forearm length) blade concealed within  flesh pocket(s). Fully retractable/ extensible the blade is made from bio-crystal a 'natural' carbon fibre/ diamond composite that is just as tough as titanium steel but self repairing. Advanced versions will possess neurotoxin delivery systems via hollow injectors.

Torcher Instead of a bioblade the flesh pocket contains a biocrystal laser projector starting with a simple illumination function and evolving, with time, into a short lived steel cutting beam! Whilst the power source for the former function is bioelectric; for the latter, the nuWere grows high density power cells which need to be fed by a conventional power source. The Torcher will feel hungry after each blast! Whilst not up to the capabilities of a standard Laser Torch, the nuWere is a useful 'holdout' device. Providing security scanners don't detect the high energy power cells!

Stunner as Torcher but the flesh pocket contains a standard stun: wand, handgun, carbine, rifle,... with increasing range and capacity.
The Stunner has the advantage of possessing a functional (but short range ) weapon right from the start

Darter firing along a hollow tubed radius and using high pressure steam generated hypergolically (q.v. Bombadier beetle), the small bone darts are usually tipped with a incapacitating rather than lethal neurotoxins. This bio-weapon is virtually impossible to detect and has the advantage of being self-recharging, self-rearming and self-repair.
